Marketing Management is a course that teaches you how to plan, implement, and evaluate marketing strategies for any business or organization. You will learn how to create and deliver value to customers and other stakeholders, using various tools and techniques such as segmentation, targeting, positioning, branding, pricing, distribution, communication, research, and ethics. You will also participate in a realistic marketing simulation that will challenge your marketing knowledge and skills. By the end of this course, you will be able to apply marketing concepts and frameworks to real-world situations, and to become a more effective and responsible marketer.

This course introduces the concepts and procedures associated with e-commerce and the related Information Technology. Students gain an overview of all aspects of e-commerce including development of the Internet and e-commerce, e-commerce business models, marketing issues, order fulfilment and payment options, security issues, customer services, legal, ethical and tax issues, e-commerce strategy and globalization issues, and launching an e-commerce business. This course also allows students to examine and analyze e-commerce businesses in Vietnam and in the world through case studies, video presentations and research assignments.
